Waiting is Hard to Do

Hola,

Flying from Saskatoon to Calgary is a short flight.  You have to check-in at the airport early and get a boarding pass and then wait.  The wait is as long as the flight.

Now I am in the Calgary Airport and I have my longest wait of 2 hours and 40 minutes before my plane for Frankfurt leaves.


Waiting can be boring but with technology  now there are so many things you can do while you wait.  I've decided this a good time time to practice my Spanish or Espanol.  I have an app on my ipod that gives me lessons in Spainish.

Hola. Como esta?         Hello.  How are you?

Me llamo Senora Town.   My name is Mrs. Town.

Como se llama?     What is your name?

Encantada de conocerle.      Nice to meet you.

Neccito su ayuda.      I need your help.

Tengo una maletas para facturar.      I have 1 check-in bag.

Tengo una reserva.      I have a reservation.

Quisiera un refresco.   I would like a soft drink.

Donde Estan el bano?    Where is the bathroom?

There is so much more to learn. I better go study harder. The next time we talk I will be in Madrid, Spain.  I arrive around 4 PM Madrid time. What time will it be in North Battleford?  See if Miss Town can help with the answer.
